Online Fitness Training

SKYPE or Zoom Training:

    • INITIAL SESSION TO OPTIMIZE YOUR TRAINING! 60 minutes:

    New clients must chose one before training for optimal results.


    OPTION A: for people with current or past injuries and imbalances to help align and reset the entire body. This helps you get stronger and more balanced every day, during the day, and optimizes your workouts for better results without injury! 
    *RESETS= exercises designed and chosen specifically for you to help retrain your body to use muscles more effectively, without as much compensation, damage and pain. RESETS optimize your every day function and strength.

    • Assessment: Includes detailed evaluations of movements, range of motion and compensation areas, and acknowledging areas of pain and dysfunction.
    • Specific Exercise Selection: exercises will be reviewed to create a quick RESET program for morning to help you use muscles more effectively as you move all day, and at night to help you reset and heal while you sleep.
    • Improve Your Strength and Function: great options to build strength and recover during the day will be included as 1-2 minute breaks to keep you strong and also serve as an effective Movement Preparation (MP) or “warm up” before any activity, and/or cool-down following activity.
    • Your Program: details of your specialized MP, morning and night RESETS, and notes will be sent after this meeting.
    • Your Goals: this will help us build and provide effective plans and workouts, based on your goals, moving forward.
    • Following sessions: can be booked as updates or training sessions.

    OPTION B: for people with no current injuries or major complaints. Will include assessment, warm up, review of exercise technique, and subsequent workout plan based on your goals.
    *RESETS= exercises designed and chosen specifically for you to help retrain your body to use muscles more effectively, without as much compensation, damage and pain. RESETS optimize your movement, strength and workouts!

    • Assessment: includes quick evaluation of movements, range of motion and compensation areas, and acknowledging areas of pain and dysfunction.
    • Effective Movement Preparation (MP): it is critical to have a MP or “warm up” that optimizes your training and prevents imbalances. A MP can be a game changer and is more important then anything you try to do to recover after an imbalanced workout. This will be developed and reviewed, prescribing certain RESET exercises. MP also serves as excellent cool down and reset whenever needed. You will do this prior to any activity indoors or out.
    • Exercise technique: optimal technique for you for various exercises based on your goals and equipment will be reviewed and practiced.
    • Workout: If time allows, a workout will be included in this session.
    • Program plan: details of your specialized MP and program will be sent after this meeting.
    • Following sessions can be booked as updates or training sessions.

    COST:
    $125+ GST for 60 minutes plus program.

 

    • TRAINING SESSION 15-60 minutes. May be a follow up to initial to add or adapt exercises, for personal training incorporating strength and or cardio, or exercise demonstration.

    • PRIVATE FITNESS CLASSES: small group classes can be done via Zoom.

    COST:
    60 minute Group Class (Zoom) 2-6 participants $80

 

    • ERGONOMIC ASSESSMENT 15-30 minutes: we will see and assess your current situation and offer ideas for optimizing your workspace. We can also work with you to incorporate 1-5 strength exercises as work breaks to keep you strong and pain-free.

    COST:
    15 minutes Ergonomic Assessment and Suggestions $25
    30 Minute Ergonomic Assessment and Exercise Prescription: $50

     

    • NUTRITION CONSULTATION: 30 minute initial and 15 minute follow ups. Includes a discussion of your goals and ideas of how to optimize your metabolism, get the good stuff in and discuss various options that may be a fit for you, including flexible intermittent fasting protocols.

    COST:
    30 minutes $45 + $25 for nutrition outline and plan
    15 minute follow ups $25

FITNESS FIX WAIVER

Written and Video Programs:
$25 BASIC: includes morning and night and reset/rehabilitation exercises specific to your needs
$50 COMPLETE: program includes any morning, night reset exercises, rehabilitation exercises and also strength and cardio program plans to help progress at any level.
