Kim Gillette
Kim has been working with The Fitness Fix since June 2006. She joined the Fitness fix team after a personal battle with weight gain, knee and back problems and wanted to help other people become fit and stay injury free. Kim wants all people regardless of age, injury or ability to be able to reach their gaols and stay healthy in the process. Kim was first initiated into the Fitness Fix Team when she helped with the research and filming for the popular Fitness Fix DVD series. In this journey she has completed her AFLCA and Can Fit Pro courses in personal training, group training and nutrition, and has worked with and been trained by Fitness Fix founder Denise Beatty since 2001. Kim loves teaching group and individual training for all levels, and can challenge anyone in a healthy, motivating, and EFFECTIVE way! She recently completed her TRX Trainer Certification taking her functional training to a higher level.

Recent Accomplishments:
Kim has completed 4 full marathons, 7 half marathons, and countless 10km’s. In her quest for knowledge Kim takes continuous educational courses to keep her training at a high level and to inspire her clients to achieve their goals and to feel amazing! She has a young son she is inspired by everyday.
Kim loves helping her clients reach and maintain their goals, and she looks forward to every training session and class that she teaches! She loves challenging all levels from parent and tot to seniors, and people recovering from injury. She enjoys running and playing baseball in her free time and finds the most satisfying reward from training is helping people live their life pain free.
