1. MAT and/or Manual Muscle Testing and SPECIALIZED Range of Motion and Movement Assessment

This is the most critical session for every client to have first! We get a complete history, then check on your entire system, do a series of range of motion checks and then make decisions based on your results (your body shows us its' struggling or “low quality” movements) with how to proceed. We follow up with a Report of Findings and a Treatment Plan /Progression moving forward to help ensure your imbalances are being addressed and conditioned the best way possible so we can build effectively; preventing injury and hopefully helping to alleviate existing issues. Once we build a balanced strong base the training can progress and the results are incredible. We want you strong, healthy and pain-free for the long term! The sky is the limit!

One person initial: $250
Report of Findings (ROF): 30 min free
Follow up sessions: $100-$120 can be started with/after ROF

2. Initial Fitness Session and Program Design

In this session we use the results of the MAT testing, client profile form, and any other medical referral information to design an effective program for home, travel, or gym to help you reach your goals. We review and correct technique; teach any necessary exercises and isometrics, and review the entire program with you. Weekly schedules and a detailed information binder are included to help you reach your goals.
1.5 hours $250 for one client

3. Measurements and Body Composition Prediction

This is a 20 minute session to give a quick analysis of weight, body fat % prediction, girth and we even include a sample daily calorie recommendation for your weight goals.

4. Private Training Sessions

Private fitness training in your own studio! These sessions can include challenging fitness training sessions to challenge you to do more than you think you can, movement assessments and corrections, personal yoga sessions, nutrition counselling, goal setting and lifestyle planning, or any combination of the above! Each hour can be booked with different professionals, or our clients often book weekly fitness sessions with periodic changes of yoga or nutrition!


1 hour $100 for one weekly, $120 for one biweekly, monthly or infrequently (includes program udated when required)

$120 for two, $150 for three or more.

Special rates for 30, 45 or 90 minute sessions

5. Updated Program Design costs - Can be emailed upon completion

a) Update of existing program: Includes updated exercises and/or specialized exercises for homework with pictures and descriptions. $25

b) New program: complete program with pictures and descriptions and a weekly plan for home, travel or a specific goal. $50

c) Advanced training program design: A complete program with exercises, weekly plan, goal setting and possible progressions. Can be done for race or event preparation. $150

6. Nutrition Counselling

This 60 minute session includes and analysis of previously tracked nutritional habits, combined with ideas, recipes, and strategies for change. Recommended changes are made including long term healthy lifestyle and goal setting techniques to help the process. We do not believe in diets, only optimizing your health and how you feel, also helping to improve your energy and ability to use fat for fuel!
1 hour initial $150, 1 hour follow up $115 30 min follow up $65

7. Running Analysis

Detailed videotaped running and walking analysis is done to identify problems, weaknesses, prevent injury and help improve performance. Technique is assessed on running at various speeds, treadmill, outdoor, uphill, down hill and speed work. Corrections are made on site, and homework is given to correct any imbalances or weaknesses. Written summary and CD sent after the session for reference and help. Information package with exercises and stretches included!
1 hour $175 for one, $250 for two

CANCELLATIONS: Trainers and private studios are booked specifically for you so there is a strict 48 hour cancellation policy. Full price will be charged for missed sessions. Special considerations may apply.
TRAVEL: $40 will be added to any session outside of the Fitness Fix studio and within Calgary.

 

 

The Fitness Fix and Children

The Fitness Fix encourages beginning a healthy lifestyle at a young age. Part of our commitment to this healthy lifestyle is to encourage parents to bring their children with them to Fitness Fix Classes. Children under the age of 12 are free and teenagers between 13 and 18 are charged a nominal fee of 1/2 price drop in or $75 for a 10 class pass. Parents are responsible for the safety and security of their children while they are at the Fitness Fix facility. Children under the age 9 that attend a parents personal training session are free.
