Sheryl Jobaggy
Sheryl grew up in Northern BC, moving to Richmond after her graduation. Though Sheryl had an office job; her love for fitness and working with people drove her to certify through BCRPA so she could spend her spare time teaching aerobics. It was then she decided that a sit down office job was not for her!
Sheryl then lived in Winnipeg for 2 years where she was a letter carrier for Canada Post, and had a baby daughter. She then moved to Calgary, and with a new baby son decided to stay home with her children while they were little. A few years later Sheryl then was then able to complete the nationally recognized and respected Mount Royal University Personal Training Program and has been training since 2007. She constantly updates her knowledge and skills to offer excited challenging and ground-breaking programs to her clients!

Sheryl has an extensive understanding of physiology and anatomy and incorporates her understanding of corrective exercise and high performance training to offer the best programs possible for all levels of clientele! Her main specialties are:
- Functional and high performance training
- Functional challenging exercise programs and classes for all levels
- Fat loss and lean muscle development, including body building techniques
- Corrective exercise to prevent and help correct any injury
- Teaching myofascial release techniques and re-training faulty movement patterns
- Working with clients with spinal cord injuries to stimulate neural recruitment, prevent muscle atrophy, build new muscle, correct imbalances and complete movement patterns.
Sheryl’s interests:
Sheryl lives in Balzac with her husband and two children, now aged 10 and 12. Sheryl is an avid runner and has completed many half marathons and 10km races as well as a triathlon. She also loves keeping active with her family with activities such as; boating, curling, camping, horse back riding, and of course enjoys watching her children in their activities!
Sheryl loves what she does! She loves to give people challenges that they think are impossible to tackle and make them successful! |
