Rachelle Yuzik

Rachelle Yuzik has been working with the Fitness Fix Team as a client and now as a trainer since 2006. She is one of very few in Canada to have trained under world renowned fitness and wellness expert Paul Chek to receive her Level One Holistic Lifestyle Coach (HLC) certification. She is also certified through AFLCA, specializing in Resistance Training and is completing her National CrossFit Certification in September 2009, taking her functional and athletic training to a higher level.

Rachelle has her BA Honours from the U of C and is currently working towards her Diploma in Holistic Nutrition.  Her goal is to pursue a career as a Registered Nutritional Consultant Practitioner and couple this with her years of experience as an athlete and trainer.   Rachelle loves teaching others what she has learned through her own CrossFit training as well as from her completions in multiple half marathons and 10 km races.
Rachelle loves working with and inspiring others to feel and be their best! She strives to help her clients reach optimal health and wellness and aims to provide motivation and support in any way possible. Rachelle’s future goals are to better herself as a coach, trainer, athlete and individual, and to inspire and educate others.
