Casey Larson
Casey has been interested in
fitness her entire life; starting young as a competitive synchronized swimmer
with the Sea Sprites. In Casey’s passion for fitness and desire to inspire
others; Casey completed numerous certifications and extensive education to
become a trainer in 2006. She is in high demand throughout Calgary and is a
phenomenal class, small group and individual instructor focusing on injury
prevention and weight loss. She loves more than anything to be able to motivate
others to feel amazing, and see what they can accomplish! Casey strives to make
any group she works with feel comfortable, and successful while she leads you to
do more than you ever thought you could! Casey is AFLCA certified as a Strength
and Conditioning specialist. She also provides a huge variety to every session
with her certifications in TRX and Gymstick, other incredible modes of
functional training. She applies her own experiences as a Sprint and Olympic
distance triathlete, and avid runner to help her clients reach their goals in
training.

Recent Accomplishments:
Casey’s
biggest honor is raising her two incredible boys! She has completed various 10km
and triathlon races. Casey loves running, skiing and a great night filled with
good food and closest friends!
Casey
loves seeing everyone come into the studio each day and work their butts off- it
is a huge rush of motivation for her and she feels we have the best clients!
Casey is inspired by Denise- “she is my inspiration and the reason why I became
a trainer. After years of kicking my butt at training sessions , I loved how
strong and healthy it made me feel. I knew that I could help others feel that
way too!”
Casey’s
future goals are to continue to educate herself as much as possible, and help
clients to reach their health and fitness goals. She is currently working toward
her Specialist in Sports Nutrition certification with ISSA.
