All personal training sessions for new or returning clients require a complete 90 minute assessment before proceeding with 60 minute sessions.

60 minute personal training sessions are conducted with a brief re- assessment so the workout is focused precisely on your goals, any areas that are struggling, and what may balance your body the best. Throughout the session we build on that base; creating a strong balanced system, so you feel powerful and connected and MOVE BETTER!
PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION TYPES BASED ON YOUR GOALS AND NEEDS:
WORKOUTS: Strength core and/or cardio workouts- more common for weekly, biweekly or monthly sessions
PROGRESSIONS: Quick reassessment and resets to help build and progress on past sessions. This can be critical for people with long term issues and injuries- to keep moving forward and be able to tolerate more without any issues presenting.
