What you need to know
We are offering this program because we know that everyone has the potential to become more healthy and fit and we have the tools to make it a non-intimidating, manageable, and educational process.
The scheduled classes are three times per week with an optional drop-in open gym time on Sundays be-tween 8:30 and 11:30 am. Sundays are an opportu-nity to incorporate extra cardio or strength exer-cises independently, or with other class members. The fitness classes incorporate cardio and strength components for optimal physical benefits, calorie burning, injury prevention, and fat loss.
Weigh ins are required first thing on Saturday morn-ings; or before another class if Saturday is missed.
We will give you weekly nutrition and wellness goals to implement that will help you establish habits that will keep you on track. For an extra $100 you can book 4 personal nutrition "check ins" to meet with a specific trainer on your own for 20 minutes to re-view nutrition habits, food logs, and any road blocks you may have and to ensure you are progressing as you hoped. This is highly recommended for optimal results and can be added anytime.
Program can be pre-paid, or payments can be made in monthly instalments, or by post-dated cheques.

Commitment
We ask that you incorporate a minimum of three exercise sessions per week for optimal re-sults, and to implement weekly goals at home. We request you to complete a form at the start and end of the program to help us create the best program and experience possible. We will do a weigh in once per week to help keep you on track, and pre and post program body fat % and girth measurements. There will be a cele-bration at the end.
