SENSORY OPTIMIZATION – MOTOR COORDINATION – STRUCTURAL ALIGNMENT –
MUSCULAR AND CARDIOVASCULAR CHALLENGE
All ages and levels are welcome.
Classes are available in a hybrid format, participate in studio or from your home or office with the online option. All participants must complete an online waiver.

No expensive equipment required to participate at home. We use tubing, resistance loops, a big exercise ball and a small Pilates ball primarily. Step, Bosu, gliders and a balance disc are included at times, but participants can easily adapt to products you have at home. All equipment is available to purchase from the Fitness Fix.
All of our fitness classes start with an extensive neural and "midline" warm up targeting back, hips, trunk, neck, shoulders, hands and feet to optimize your system. We then build into an effective full body strength core and/or HIIT program with a different focus or "theme" each week to MARE SURE THERE ARE NO WEAK LINKS AND THAT YOU FEEL AMAZING!

FULL BODY STRENGTH AND CORE 60min
Tuesdays and Thursdays 9:00am MST
Work every muscle in coordinated specific ways focusing on strength, coordination and endurance to optimize function and results.
Improve strength, balance coordination, range of motion, decrease pain, optimize performance in every activity or sport!
HIIT - HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING FOR EVERYONE
(Not High Impact) 75min
Saturdays 9:00am MST
Improve power, cardio, core, strength, functional movements, range of motion, balance agility, responsiveness and optimize performance in every activity and sport!
Helps stimulate growth hormone to help lower cortisol.

FRESH START FOR CANCER SURVIVORS AND CAREGIVERS
Mondays and Fridays 9:00am MST
Based on the needs and goals of participants, many options for adjustments provided
All muscle groups are worked, core, breathing technique and optimization, extra brainstem and cerebellar work for coordination, balance pain management and to help the nervous system calm.
